Listen, man, everybody has their own journey, obstacles, and some people get built through promotional companies to be a star, but really haven't fought the best guys out there. And then you have guys that really earned their spot and that happens to be me.

Who cares about GGG-Canelo III? Honestly, who cares?

I don't want to fight the bottom guys.

My job is to win.

People might not know much about Akavov, but this is a guy who went overseas and gave Billy Joe Saunders absolute hell. Most people thought that he should have won the fight.

I want to make sure that when I step into the boxing ring it's an even playing field because I work extremely hard with the talents I'm blessed with and I want to let the people know there's no enhancements over here.

I'm just ready to be where I need to be, where I deserve to be, and that's on the top.
