I was introduced to 7 Charming Sisters at an Emmy Award Show event. When they approached me to become a brand ambassador, I was over the moon about working with the brand. What impressed me even more as a disability advocate is the fact that the company is dedicated to employing people with disabilities.

We are one and the same. Our hearts beat as one. If we put our hearts into it - the fashion industry, any industry - our lives will be changed in the process, and the world will be changed as well.

There are many role models I've been around, and kind of the biggest one - there's a show called 'Push Girls,' with all women in wheelchairs, and they're all really good friends of mine. And one, Angela Rockwood, is still modeling, in a wheelchair. After a car accident.

When you talk about inspiration, I draw inspiration from life. The people that I work with.

It was in college that I learned the basics of theater, the entertainment industry, and various mediums.

Diversity is not only color, but it also includes individuals with disabilities.

Embrace the fear and go for it. That's what I do. I don't run from it - I embrace the fear.
