Polar' is based on the first and a little bit on the second book and all the characters from those novels are in there. The story is based on the graphic novel, but when it came to the execution of the film I felt I couldn't really make a movie without any dialogue.
I think every business is definitely different. There are certain businesses where execution is everything.
I generally make a point to finish my shot in the initial couple of takes with the goal that the execution would be genuine, and it naturally makes a great deal of strain.
I've seen every idea. Ideas are irrelevant. You are judged on execution, and the number 1 way to prove that you can execute is by executing.
