I just feel compelled to continue to be transparent. It just really levels the playing field and eradicates the shame that I have, or that one might have, about being human. So I'm going to just keep going.
I lived my twenties in a very public manner and if anyone's twenties are documented it's not always going to be pretty.
With parody, you're referencing and sending up a particular genre, and mostly your material is going to be taken out of that genre.
As long as you have ideas, you can keep going. That's why writing fiction is so much fun: because you're moving people about, and making settings for them to move in, so there's always something there to keep working on.
